By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter these Terms, and if representing an organization, have authority to bind it.
2. Description of Services
Bobos.ai provides marketing strategy tools including persona generation, content pillar creation, brand storytelling, AI-powered recommendations, execution team access, and collaboration tools. Services may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of passwords, accept responsibility for account activity, and notify the company of unauthorized access. The company reserves termination rights for violations.
4. Free and Paid Services
Free tier marketing strategy tools are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued. Paid services include execution teams, packages, and subscriptions with specific features and pricing listed on the pricing page.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are charged in advance for subscriptions and all payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. The company may change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Package fees are due at purchase.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all content provided, legal compliance, account confidentiality, and all activity occurring under their account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by Bobos.ai or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
8. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of business information and marketing materials submitted. Marketing strategies and generated materials become user property. Paid service deliverables become user property upon full payment.
9. Prohibited Uses
Users cannot use the Services for illegal purposes, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Services, spam, misrepresent identity, resell services, or use automated tools without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Services may integrate with third-party providers whose terms govern their use. The company is not responsible for third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The company does not guarantee Services will meet requirements, remain uninterrupted, be secure, or produce specific business outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability cannot exceed amounts paid to the company in the preceding 12 months.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bobos.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from user content or Terms violations.
14. Termination
Users may terminate accounts through settings or by contacting the company. The company may suspend or terminate access for any reason. Upon termination, usage rights cease.
15. Changes to Terms
The company may modify Terms at any time. Material changes are posted with updated dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
16. Governing Law
Terms are governed by applicable state or country law. Disputes are resolved in applicable courts.
